The flowers are blooming and so is our desire to get out in that beautiful sunshine! What better way to catch those rays and smell that fresh spring air than to hang out with your pup?

Our Favorite 5 Spring Activities

Get Hiking

Spring Activities

It’s time to hit the trails! There are so many pet-friendly hiking trails – just search online for the best ones around you. Don’t forget to gear up with the proper supplies. Think water, water bowl, a snack (perhaps some yam yums 😉) and any emergency supplies! Hiking (and running) is always better with a pup by your side.

Spring Cleaning

Out with the old, in with the new! Ring in the new season with a Spring cleanout! Giveaway any old toys laying around your home and take your pup for a trip to their favorite pet store. Let them pick out a new toy or two and maybe, just maybe, a new fluffy bed!

Backyard Obstacle Course

Grab those lawn chairs and hula hoops and get ready to work on your pup’s agility. Place these items however you want and encourage your dog to run through the course for some enrichment. *Note* you may have to do the obstacle course yourself to demonstrate so make sure you’re up for the challenge! And, as the weather gets warmer you may even want to throw in a sprinkler for some extra fun!

Go camping!

Spring Activities

These days we’re all itching to get outside and take a vacation! So why not bring your pup with you?! A camping trip is such a great way to connect with nature and spend some quality time with your dog.

Long Walks On The Beach

Who doesn’t like a sunset walk along the beach? If your dog is a fan of the water, head down to the beach (or even a nearby river or lake) and enjoy the expansive area to run and swim with your pup! Just make sure to double check it’s a dog-friendly beach before you set out on your adventure!
