Frozen Peanut Butter Kong Treat

Step 1: Start by grabbing some of your pup’s favorite Spot & Tango UnKibble recipe, crush it up, and mix it with some natural peanut butter. 

Step 2: You can then use this mixture to fill up a bunch of kongs.

Step 3: Pop them in the freezer overnight

Step 4: Enjoy!

Chicken & Rice Biscuits

Chicken and rice are both particularly popular food items for dogs and can be great for ones who have sensitive stomachs! These biscuits are a fun way to provide a healthy treat if you want to make something homemade. 

What You’ll Need:

6 oz Chicken Breasts

½ cup Brown Rice

½ scoop Chicken & Brown Rice UnKibble

½ cup flour

1 Egg

½ cup chicken stock

Dog Bone Cookie Cutter (for shaping)

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

Step 2: Start by boiling your chicken breasts in water until they’re fully cooked.

Step 3: Rinse and cook your brown rice following the directions of your rice. 

Step 4: Combine chicken, rice, and chicken stock in a blender until paste forms. 

Step 5: Mix in your Chicken & Brown Rice UnKibble, flour, and egg in a bowl, knead into a dough, and flatten. Cut out into dog bone shape and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 

Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. 

Allow to cool completely before serving! If your dog has chicken allergies, you can substitute chicken with the protein of your choice.

Pumpkin Yogurt Bites

Why wait until the holidays to enjoy pumpkin pie! These frozen pup-friendly pumpkin snacks are the perfect way for your dog to enjoy their own delicious version of the holiday favorite, plus it will help cool them down on a warm day!

What you’ll need:

1 cup of pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling!)

1 cup plain yogurt

½  scoop of your dog’s favorite Spot & Tango UnKibble

1 jumbo ice tray

Step 1: Mix all your ingredients in a bowl and portion them evenly into the ice tray. 

Step 2: Put your tray into the freezer for 24 hours and enjoy! You can pop the extras into a freezer bag for storage. They can be messy, so serve this pup-friendly snack to your dog outdoors.

Peanut Butter Banana Pops

Can you tell we love a good frozen treat for our dogs? And what’s a better combo than peanut butter and banana? Well, we think a peanut butter, banana, and UnKibble treat! Make your dog’s day and help us celebrate our 5th birthday with these delicious frozen pup-friendly snacks.

What you’ll need:

1 cup softened peanut butter

1 cup softened coconut oil

1 banana

½ scoop of your dog’s favorite UnKibble + more for sprinkling on top

1 ice cube tray

Step 1: Mix your peanut butter, coconut oil, and mashed banana together with your UnKibble. 

Step 2: Fill the mixture into your ice cube tray and place additional UnKibble on top. 

Step 3: Freeze for 24 hours and serve!

Warning: might result in happy dance from your dog.
